Looking for a map to start with on my 2008 outback XT, 5eat, Downpipe, VF52... Something to safely run it while I sort some things out and get it inspected

you've not changed your intake/engine/injectors so if its just to get your inspection then zero the min/max wastegate duty tables and you can drive it around off boost no problems until you're ready to tune it.

What blu said, but here is a safe basemap attached. This map will get you driving around town just fine.
