Greetings to all.

On my E36 i a year ago swap the engine from M43b18 to M52b28(The donor car was an automatic).
After swap engine I left my original EWS in the car(write IPN to EWS)...
Later I changed the VIN number(UIF check) on the DME with WINKFP...
When everything was working I replaced both Lambda sensor on the engine(I bought the original ones).
The car was running OK during this time.

But about two months ago I got an error: "Lambda probe heating Probe 1"
I did the diagnostics and found that the problem is with the heating body of the Lambda Probe 1(I Swapped the sensor between on the connectors and the error immediately appeared on Probe 2).
Every time I delete the error it comes right back(Even before starting the engine).

Problem:

When I wanted to claim the Lambda sensor I had to take the car to an authorized BMW service(i bought it from them and installed it myself) and encountered a problem.

They informed me that they encountered a problem with the diagnostics itself namely that they do NOT get access to the engine DME computer and consequently errors on it.
They won't accept my warranty claims without being able to read the errors themselves.

On my PC computer:
- INPA, i have access to DME, EWS, ABS(Read and Write/delete errors...).
- ISTA+ reads my correct DME VIN number, but does not display ECU errors.
- sx reads my EWS, but with CKMB and KMB it gives me an error: VIN is faulty
- DIS: Diagnosis bus error number: 200.159(comunication between operating unit and diagnostic head is impaired).
(Coapi-2000: no EDIABAS or SGBD error, IFH-0006: Command not accepted)
(Coapi-2020: no response from ECU, IFH-0009: No response from controller unit)

I am asking for your help.
Does anyone know where the problem might be?
What and where do I need to change?

I assume that the problem is a mismatch of VIN numbers(GM-DME-EWS) and as a result the BMW authorized service really can't read engine ECU faults at my car? They used ISTA for diagnostics - error reading. But I read online that this is not possible with ISTA for vehicles older than 1998, is that true?
If so what is the solution?

I would say that the cable I use(K+DCAN is INPA Compatible)is OK(pin 7-8 wired).

Thank you.
