Hi team,
This has been on my mind for a little while, is there any software besides IDA that can be used for disassembly?
I have a hex editor (HEx editor Neo, Ultimate edition), that has a disassembly function, but can't disassemble a ROM image if I load it up. Will the ROM appear encrypted to this software? If so, how do I decrypt it?

Probably not with the high-end features of IDA. It's worth the money.
Also the KPIT GNUSH Windows Tool Chain can dissemble SH code
