I was thinking about the overlay feature on the Romraider, it is pretty helpfull. but sometimes when you are logging alone it is not.

1. Is it possible to have like Replay(offline) feature for the log and see where is it hitting in the tables.
2. During the long drive logs sometimes you see something on the gauges and you would like to mark this areas on the log. so you can quickly check the marked spot without searching the whole log for it.

let me know if these feature can be helpful.

1) There is already code in RR Editor for this but it is not finished, no ETA on that either.
2) The only option you have at the moment is to stop logging and then start a new log, then you can go back to the end of the first log where the incident occurred.

+1 on log reviewing. Anything we can do to help that along?

I would love to be able to replay log and be able to maptrace it in the tune (having start, stop, FF, RW, on Ecu Editor would help)

you can use the VGI tool for log relay on the table you insert. it's very simple. good options also (interpolation and line tracers....etc)

For anyone else who wants something similar, I'm using MegalogViewer HD. While it doesn't overlay your maps, it is MUCH more useful than log overlay ever could be. It's 100% worth the $40. Plus it has VE Analysis for you boosted bois ;)

The way I do it is to add a switchable item to the log paramters. Something that you wouldn't necessarily use during typical runs. I use the cruise control on/off switch (06 sti) and tap that whenever something happens that I want to look at later on and it will show as a spike (double tap) or just look for any change between on and off each time you press it... doesn't matter if it's off or on just need a visual change to easily identify.

Have a look under the switches tab in the logger and see what suits.

Also +1 for MegaLog Viewer, went for it just last night and definitely easier than trawling through CSV's or using something like the datazap site
