For Reference here's more of the tables... I'm not even sure what the Calculated torque one does...
I think that's the one to do with traction control but not 100% sure

Regardless similar behavior with traction control on and off

On the stock Rom i have data from the past where it did hit 420 in Sport #
I don't think it always does though

Unfortunately I have ethanol in the tank right now so I cant switch back to see

ok so start comparing your patched tune to your stock tune and see where the differences lie - when your out of E switch to pump gas and try the stock file again to see if it still logs the full request just to confirm nothing has changed in the car.

For the throttle maps there was no change, there the exactly the same.
Ill switch back to the pump gas unmodded rom when i get a chance but i think its going to do the same thing

AE5L500V For the stock ROM
ZE5L500V_DM23100 Dime mod version

I don't want to openly post the Rom and definitions. I have a tuner that mostly works on COBB that's helped me with a lot of the maps.
Not sure how he would feel about me sharing his maps
But if anyone would like to take a look i can send it over PM; Just ask

sorry for taking so long to respond. I was out of the country for a month for work

I've tested with the un-modified rom and got the same result
I also checked that the Hand Brake, Stop Light, and Brake Switch function correctly

Your logged target boost seems low. If your floor mat isn't misplaced, log accelerator pedal angle.

I didn't see Accelerator Pedal Angle anywhere in your logs - are you sure the ECU is seeing 100% input from the pedal?
