EDIT: have you tried replacing the cel with a hex editor? Sometimes that works.
Thanks but I've got theFSM already. I have a feeling it's the magnet on the back of the pulley but you never know. I guess it could be a ground issue. FYI all of the harnesses are new (bulkhead, engine, etc.).
On the hex editor thing, I don't know how to do that yet. I wouldn't know where to start. I tune, not write
