While in MAF mode (the default) you don't need to tune SD tables. So if you just check the remaining tables (LC/FFS, etc), you can run it.

If I don't have cruise control resume function, how can I check IAM recall function?

Do not rely on any values from the patch to be valid / base maps. Tune them appropriately to your setup/goals.
