If you can hold off for another hour, I will be posting a new rev which would be better for you to try. It has revised fueling and timing which is intended to correct some fueling drift in warmer temps.

UPDATE: posted rev69 which has some fueling adjustments and corresponding timing adjustments. Good news, I have a second tester now that is sending me logs on regular basis so I have another set of samples, in different part of the country to compare against. This rev is based on his logs, mine and the dyno session. Enjoy!

Side note, if you look at my first post, page 1, and visually compare the dyno plots and my logged MAF and load values, amazing how closely the curves resemble eachother

Perfect! then no need to post the logs that I have done on rev68. I will do a set of logs on the new REV69.

Also I found a bug when you compare image on RomRaider v.0.5.8 RC1, I got differences in Requested Torque (Accelerator Pedal) SI-Drive Sport, Sports Sharp and Intelligent.

The Tables are completely identical

I compared the images using ECU Flash and it showed no differences. I guess it is something to do with the RR definition file(May be)

Try comparing the tables in Raw scaling rather than the converted human readable values.

Each table data and/or axis can be set to view the Raw data from the ROM.

Finally the Learning View.

I found FLKC on 4k rpm on all gear filenames:
3rd4thGear_4krpm_Knock_20140618_174157.csv
2nd3rdGear_4krpm_Lnock_20140618_174247.csv

There is as well FBKC on some areas of the log but I guess it is not a problem.

The values on the view when I open the 2 tables are the same, but I click compare I get the attached.

I wil look over the logs. I looked at learnign view and it looks OK to me. Some learned adjustments in low loads, 1.4 degrees or less.

BTW, you can set it to sport# and test that. The SI modes are just throttle profiles which end up hitting load and RPM cells the same way. As long as you cover most of the major areas, it doesn't matter which mode you're in. The only thing that is worth noting in I mode is that I bumped the CL/OL delay slightly to improve fuel economy while crusing although the delay is still pretty small.

That's why I did a cruising on Intelligent and post it on a previous post. just check the knock in 3k-4k rpm. you will find it in the all logs and I made focused on 2nd - 3rd - 4th gears.

will focus on sports#. thanks.

I realized something strange today or may be the logic is working like that.

because of the FLKC the cars pulled -6.45 and -7. but when i check the learned tables. it only recorded -0.7 value.

I feel that FLKC knocks are all fake and the logic behind them is not clear.

I will switch back again to my tune until I get some feedback on the logs.

Hey glad you were able to get the car on a dyno. If you have it and it's not too much trouble, would it be possible to post the datalog that match that dyno plot ?

Keep up the good work as always ! It's been really useful in my learning process

Thanks

Hi Ziggyrama, first of all thanks for contributing your work to us here. I used it myself as a starting point with no issues. But recently I had problems with my solenoid so I switched to the Oled Profec boost controller. Now boost just seems unstable and not reaching target.

Any idea what might affect boost in the map when using an external boost controller? My requested torque is 350 and throttle at 100% during WOT, but still boost is being weird. Here's the link to my log. The car is an Automatic by the way.

Hi guys, posted a new rev80 of the ROM. Minor adjustments to fueling and timing, made some changes to DBW maps, revised the MAF scaling and added MAF IAT compensations to better adjust for seasonal changes.

Another update, I recently scored AEM cold air intake and have been tuning for it. I will be posting the AEM version shortly with the MAF changes. For those that say intake is not worth the effort on a GR, I would advise to reconsider. Based on my observations, I definitely see increase in air flow based on fueling, roughly 10-15g/s increase in airflow at redline.
