What car are you trying to read?
Openport2 doesn't have COM ports.

MY09 Liberty (known as Legacy outside of Australia) GT Spec.B. Last of the 4Gen cars.

It worked fine before with Win 7, same car, same hardware. Definitely using the USB2 port and not the USB3 port on the laptop (the USB3 port is blue). I've tried running as administrator, and running it under Windows 7 compatibility mode, neither were successful unfortunately.

I didn't realise it didn't come up as a COM port, that at least explains that side of things. :)

Are you able to read the ECU with a different OBD scanner?
At the moment it appears as if the ECU is not responding, bad connection?

Is there any way to update this for support of the 2015 STI ECU ID of 8B12784007?

If its not publicly updated is the source available for modification?

Thanks.

Is there a current list of the supported ECU's for RC3?
There is a note stating 410 ECU's are supported, but no current list stating which.

Simply, nothing after the date that Merchgod posted the latest version so 2012 onwards is basically out. Few others are missing, some are corrupted(H6's mostly) but basically, if it was defined prior to Merchgod posting RC3, then its likely in

RomRaider Learning View functionality takes over where LV itself was left behind

Oh nice, I didn't know Romraider had that function now as well.

So does Learning View throw an error if that ECU is not supported?
Also how do you know if an H6 is corrupted?
09' Tribeca is the vehicle I have in question.

I tried Learning View and it appears that everything is working, just wondering if the values are good.

Not see any info in first post, do this Learning view support Tactrix OpenPort2? Seems that work but my ecu is not supported.
