Disassembled 0056 version i think. Found some procedures for maps handling. Gimme some problems I'll try to find.

Wow. What did you use to do that?

what exactly DTC error code is?

for ca430055 try this.
for 21/19 error "A"/"B" Camshaft position actuator Control circuit signal low/high/open circuit - set 0x749F3 (06h) to 0. data values for reference, because of versions mess:

Code:
...
7000:49F0 A3          unk_749F0:      db 0A3h
7000:49F1 AF          unk_749F1:      db 0AFh
7000:49F2 C8          unk_749F2:      db 0C8h
7000:49F3 06          byte_749F3:     db 6 ; <- put 0 here
7000:49F4 0E                          db  0Eh
7000:49F5 14          unk_749F5:      db  14h
7000:49F6 16          unk_749F6:      db  16h
...

for 65/18 error "A"/"B" Camshaft position sensor Circuit/Intermittent - no DTC (?)

for 103/105 or 104/106 error "A"/"B" Camshaft position Timing Over-Advanced/Retarded -

1. set "C_FTL_DMTL_MIN" at 0x70b2e (17h, 0x70b30 for 0056 version) to FFh
2. set 0x709E0 (02h, 0x709E2 for 0056 version) to 0
3. set "C_CAM_DIF_MIN_DLY" at 0x70aa4 (04h, 0x70aa6 for 0056 version) to 00h
4. another checks exists, try above before...

I wonder if MS42 uses the same disassembly because they both share the same processor and eeprom?

Is there a way for MS42(5WK9037 24.06.99/1 7500255) convert to MS41.x?

Any cheap k-line interface should do, at least the ones for VW/Audi if you´re able to solder 2 pins together. :)

Logging is definately appreciated. I´ve taken a log last week, but haven´t had the chance to download it from my laptop lately

Nice, must search a old K-Line should be somewhere but don't know if it is usb. But i have a newer VAG HEX CAN Cable, also it could read old K-Lines or L-Lines. Which pins must be connected? Then i could start :)

If it's k-line compatible and shows up as a COM port on your computer then you should be good to go.

How to find DTC table for MS43? I see that checks are similar than MS41, for example:

mov r12, #95C6h
mov r13, #57C4h
movbz r14, byte_70A00
movbz r15, byte_70A47
calls 0Ah, sub_ADB80
bmov word_FDB8.15, word_FD9C.6

zeroing address byte_70A00 is skip error, but what exactly? Address 57C4h is didn't contain DTC record from table, possible wrong addressing?

We have the consensus of working with MS430056 only, so make shure to post what softwareversion you are talking about.
