Had to use the BRZ method in Ecuflash to get the rom. Infact, that method was created to get this rom.

ECU ID 7E123C7107, CAL ID EA1P100f - and indeed an SH72531 processor - odd, I thought it was only the BRZs.

The rom has to be read as an .srf file in Ecuflash, and then resaved as a hex file to be opened up in IDA - and the first 8000 bytes padded with zeroes. Same as the BRZs.

What are the specs of this car? I know it's CVT, and NA from the rom.

Hello I have a 2013 Outback that I am unable to get past the "ECU definitions not found." I think I have been all over the internet trying to find the .xml definition file. I only was able to get this bin file the same way using openECU, 13+ Subaru BRZ. When I saved it it mentioned something about adding a bunch of zeros. I really have no idea what I'm doing. Could somebody point me to the definition, if it exists? Thanks. Robert

Thanks!
