Hey guys, done a lot on the subaru side of things in the way of tuning the past couple years. I have the time and the vehicle (e46 m3) to work on this and help create definitions. I just need a little kick in the pants to get started. Where should I begin. Probably going to buy another vag com type cable here soon. Does the Siemens ms41 software pull the map for the ms43 or what software are you using?
Thanks!

Use the program (forget the name) that one of the 2-3 main developers wrote. I think his name is 'paffy'? His can write over the whole thing and 'disable' flash counters etc. Any idea what the software is called?

I have been digging in the MSS54 ecu world. It'sa bit tricky with the ecu variances. I got a bench set up going and I'm able to read the partial and full bins with the MSSTuning tool. I got of the bytes that control the shift lights and transmission type on the version I have.
I can share what I got and the bins too if anyone wants to start looking for the tables.
