Unidentified cable (serial to OBD2)

Hi guys,

I have this cable at home and I don't remember what I used it for in the past :oops:

It has a serial port on one side an an OBD2 port on the other. Is this a tactrix cable or something else? I would like to know if it can still be useful for someone?

This is NOT the Tactrix cable.

Not even one of the earlier versions of tactrix before the even of USB?
