Hi all.
Hoping someone can help me find where to adjust the atmospheric pressure sensor scaling in ECUflash or RomRaider.
Reason being that my pressure sensor has crapped out, its the one built into the secondary air valve. I currently have the secondary air valves disabled and codes deleted. I've wired in a potentiometer in place of the sensor so I could just dial in the current atmospheric pressure, for a temporary fix.
I'm having a hard time finding a replacement valve with sensor on. So was thinking about wiring in a MAP sensor and rescaling to input, but can't find where to do it. I had seen someone show a screenshot of the atmospheric pressure sensor scaling in ECUflash in a forum before, but can't find it myself. Am I missing something in my definition files?
Thanks in advance

Hi .
There is a 'Manifold Pressure Sensor Scaling' in your list of Tables you can modify.

Hi guys. Rom is for my 07 legacy gt. I'm not wanting to change my map pressure scaling, I'm wanting to change my atmospheric pressure sensor scaling.
Thanks

If defined it's under "Miscellaneous - Sensor Scalings"

dschultz wrote: If defined it's under "Miscellaneous - Sensor Scalings" Sorry on my really slow reply, just getting back into fixing this problem. I've got a potentiometer installed in place of the faulty sensor at the moment. I've checked under the Miscellaneous Sensor Scalings, but only have: Intake Temp Sensor Scaling and Coolant temp Sensor Scaling Is there any way I can get the Atmospheric Pressure Sensor Scalings to show up? Thanks for any help

It could be added once the CAL ID is known.

Thanks. That's the CAL ID, ECU ID is 4B04505207.
Can you provide the stock ROM as we don't have it for disassembly?

dschultz wrote: If I did this right it should be at 0xC0250 Hi dschultz. Thanks for that but i've pasted that into the romraider ecudefs.xml file and it doesn't show up. Is that where I was supposed to put it? Sorry for the stupid question.

You need to paste it into the section specific to CAL ID A2UI000A. Search for that ID and then scroll down to the other sensor scales (intake and coolant) and then on a new line paste in this: Code: <table name="Atmospheric Pressure Sensor Scaling" storageaddress="0xC0250" />

Unfortunately I'm not quite understanding. Can you explain it a little better for a newb like me. I pasted this: Code: <table name="Atmospheric Pressure Sensor Scaling" storageaddress="0xC0250" /> into the A2UI000A.xml file, and it showed the pressure sensor scaling once I opened ecuflash. But I changed the scaling and uploaded to the ecu and there is not change in value. The addressing looks different to me from the other entries in there like the coolant temp sensor Code: <table name="Coolant Temp Sensor Scaling" address="86158"> <table name="Y" address="860e8" />
