Hi guys, I already flashed a DME which has the following HW/SW 5WK90015 MS430064 with a full 512kb file from 5WK90015 MS430056 and It worked, car is running fine with no issue at all.

But yesterday, I tried to flash the same file on a DME 5WK90027 MS430069 so with a different HW version than others, flash went to 100%, and now car doesn't start, when I put ignition on the temp jauge on the dash goes to red, and no way to read the ECU, and no response with INPA, I guess I bricked the ECU...
Can MS43 be flash with another version than the one which is on the ECU ?
Thanks

Yes, but you should probably do it with WinKFP.
You can probably unbrick the dme with WinKFP as well.

I think I could save the ECU with JMgarageflasher with boot mode, but I dont know if I have to keep the same HW version...
