New OS install, cant install RomRaider

Been going crazy over here.
Wiped computer form Win10 to Win7.
RomRaider installed fine on Win10.

Tried installing on Win7 and cant complete install.
Tried installing java 32 and 64 as per instructions, no difference.
Tried looking for youtube tutorials and searching google, no dice.

What am i missing to get this installed??

It would be easier to provide some suggestions, if you you provided more details. Do you receive some kind of error message? What happens when you try?

Have you tried running the install as Administrator? Check Application logs for more details.

No need to install as Admin that messes things up even worst.
Java 64 is not supported, so remove it.
At what step does it fail?
