Hello:
Is there a way to show the datastream in RR for CAN Logging?
Are there any options that can be set in a file or registry for this to happen?

To view the entire unfiltered CAN data stream, no.

Ok I tested it on a 2011 H6 3.6R
I am expecting to see the following:-
Vehicle wheels speed, rpm, Coolant temp and general switches.
Is there a way to zoom on on what I am looking for based on RR hex params?
<transport id="iso15765" name="CAN bus" desc="CAN bus logging ~MY2007+."> <module id="ecu" address="0x000007E8" desc="Engine Control Unit" tester="0x000007E0" />
<parameter id="P2" name="Coolant Temperature" desc="P2" ecubyteindex="8" ecubit="6" target="1"> <address>0x000008</address>
<parameter id="P8" name="Engine Speed" desc="P8" ecubyteindex="8" ecubit="0" target="3"> <address length="2">0x00000E</address>

The CAN address is not present in the output, so it will be difficult to determine what the data in the messages means.

I realised that. Is it only when you query that you know what you are getting back?

Querying means you are asking the ECU to provide specific data back, this is the case when using the SSM protocol. In the case of CAN there's no function to query. All that can be done is set a filter to specify which CAN addresses you wish to see in your log. The sample app would need to be modified to allow you to set a filter as opposed to the "all" filter. But then you need to know the CAN address to filter on, this may help: https://subdiesel.wordpress.com/ecu-ana ... -messages/
