OK, i rerouted like your diagram and now we appear to be getting somewhere. Very low duty cycle but it looks stable based one the first half a pull #trafficproblems http://datazap.me/u/terryjr/new-routing ... 2-4-6-7-12

got a full pull in this morning. boost starts to creep towards redling, TD isnt keeping it down, might need to reflash again. http://datazap.me/u/terryjr/full-pull-27-28psi?log=0&data=2-4-6-7-12it starts to lean out a little at redline, was hitting 104% DC and found out a few miles down the road that the fuel smell i had wasnt the pcv, it was my RH fuel rail pissing gas all over my fender.

trez0r wrote: So what did you end up with? I made a boost controller with a Corksport EBC housing and a MAC bullet valve BV314A-CC1-00-BCKA-CBA. Its pretty much a Perrin PRO or standard Corksport. I'm running it at 20hz and the ewg is using both ports. With a 18psi spring, im hitting 29psi at ~10% duty cycle, .25% TDI and its within 1psi of target to redline with no spiking and NO FLUTTER. The bullet valve is handling the low duty cycle much better than the standard 3 port https://youtu.be/ye377UO5-LE

Why not save all that time and switch to a MAC 3 port like Grimmspeed, COBB, etc...? Seems like the valve you were using didn't like the higher frequency. I've yet to test it myself, but I've seen where someone on a COBB 20g had to double their WGDC tables when switching to 31hz on a 3 port MAC valve

I really don't think GM or COBB valves are any better than plain MAC 3port, in fact I think it is exactly the same.

Yes, I know that. We buy them by the case to put whatever connector we want on them. I was just stating that there are a million places that sell the same valve, instead of messing with an old, outdated one haha

It handle 0-1000hz and operates much faster than the old style 3 port. I have it working pretty well with no flutter at 20hz. Could use some temp compensation but my tuning laptop broke and im in started a "body swap" project on my forester.
