Ok, So here is a link to my video, this is what i have so far. :)

With each video, can you post exactly what tables and the modifications to each you did so that it is easier to associate them with each other?

That's a lot of effort for bangs and pops, but good job for sticking through.

What does your leftmost column on Base Ignition map look like? You can try lowering that whole column (50mg/str load) to somewhere around 15-20 degrees.

This is already decreased significantly. i still cant work out when it uses the Base or when it uses the decel maps.

Your overall fuel restore when the AC is OFF isnt set to restore fuel so i dont know how you are getting the pops and bangs without that fuel above the 1024rpm.
Your AC on table shows restore from 4000rpm but your AC OFF table shows noting but the 1024rpm.

Try leaving the AC on map stock and setting AC OFF from redline.

You need to adjust the ignition retard step size. See my previous posts.

You need to adjust the ignition retard step size. See my previous posts.

I found amending the step size only created a real aggressive On/Off throttle feel and was much smoother with a Minimal change is step size along with the other amended elements Reikari has gone for.

Yeah adjusting the step size gets rid of the usual rev-hang that people normally want to get rid of. If it's too aggressive, just lower the step size, and find the level you like. And if you combine that with raising the fuel restore rpm, then you will get lot of bangs and pops. Quick and easy. And if the bangs and pops are too quiet raise the ignition retard and if that is not enough just put straight pipe to your car and it will sound like gunshots when decelerating.

First of all thanks for the help guys.

@328i sport: when my Fuel cut - Restore (AC on) table is stock my car is cracklin and poppin how it should.
But i want that it stops completly when i take AC ON. I even tried to push the Fuel cut - Restore over redline and the Fuel Cut - Restore (AC on) stock, but then the car stops poppin even when AC is off.. :(

@Pazi: Yes i know with step size i can determinate the rev hang. But i would like to know how i get the popping only stop when i take my Air Conditioning on..

I'm at work right know, after that i will continue trying to solve this..

New idea.........
Is there a way of deactivating the deceleration tables.

That's probably not a good idea.

Do you plan on adding your associated settings with your video post?

Are you sure that your decelration settings arent causing the problem? I have managed to make the engine undriveable by messing with decel settings. I mean like engine going into decel mode from slightest thorttle movement etc.

I thought somthing along these lines at first but even flashing a clean map it does the same, any new maps i amend it does it but if i flash a old map that i havent recently touched then it seems fine.

I did some testing with decel.
The goal was (and still is): stock, quiet and calm below 3500 rpm. Light crackles from 3500-5000rpm for about 1-2 seconds. Over 5000 just straight madness (like a gunshot with a flame) after going WOT.

First i had some crackles under 4000 rpm. Nothing after WOT and over 4000.
Couple iterations...all pretty much s***.
Then i turned fast decreasing throttle off completely, because it would shut of fuel immediatly (looking at the mpg gauge). I set min. rpm over my limitier so this criteria for fast decreasing tps never could be met.

The result is: very nice crackles down low, not to much. Over 4000 after going WOT or letting of from steady cruise i get like 2 smaller crackles. It seems to me that there is some sort of change happening at 4000 rpm. slightly below crackles are longer and little louder.

Looking for input from you guys on that 4000 rpm thing, anyone had something similar?

Attached is a log with my latest settings.

I noticed that after going wot the ignition timing is spiking instead of decreasing....confused...
