Hi Guys, here is a few dump (own read).

.... but i have a little problem... :roll:

I'm use Xbyte's MS41 Flash Tool "1.05B", i'm buy/use an older version previousliy, but now i have problems with checksum, and i'm read: the latest "1.05D" version solve the problem. (Modified bin flashing, but with EWS) Until now i'm correct the checksum with Xbyte's EWS Tool, but now the EWS delete not option.

Anyone can send me the "1.05D" version?
Chipster.no is down, and I'm read now a another topic, why.
I'm sad, but need the SW

I hope anyone can help.

Looking for M52B28 File without ASC but with AC.
I would prefer 14298611 file but isnt so necessary. Anyone?

The bins are same with and without ASC/AC. You can get just any of them. There is some control bit differences that relate to AC between e39 and e36. So remember to use control bits that match your car.

Are you sure about this fact?
Because if I delete ASC Throttle from car and run with Software for this ASC lamp will light up.
Cars came with and without ASC so I mean there maybe differences between because if you havent had ASC there will no light come up.
I know I can bridge potentiometer with a resistor ... but if possible via software.
Control Bits differences for AC it know between E39 and E36.
Only have bins with ASC never had a car without ASC. So I dont know.

The difference in ASC and non-ASC cars is in ABS/ASC control unit. It does the ASC stuff by using brakes (ASC+T), controlling the extra throttle flap and controlling ECU. ECU just gets commands from it to retard ignition. In non-ASC cars the ecu just doesn't get any commands from the ABS/ASC unit. ECU code is the same. There isn't even wiring for ASC in those non-ASC cars. Not between ASC control unit and ECU and not even wires to ASC light. If you wan't to disable the ASC functionality from ECU also, just cut the extra wires to it

But you will still get the ASC light on dash if you don't put the resistor in.
if you wan't to get that done in SW you need to do the changes in ABS/ASC unit. Or maybe just get ABS unit from non-ASC car. :?:

I am looking for a stock ROM on a 520i M52B20 with manual transmission, EU from week 16 year 96.
It's probably already here somewhere - I already downloaded some but I'm not sure which one is 100% what I need.

Here are the info taken from INPA:

Im looking for a file for e36 328i EUR, manual, but it would be great if somebody have with asc+ac and also without asc+ac also if anybody will be so kind and share modded file for m50 intake

The bin is same in both. No diffecrence. You can do ypur own m50 tune and it will be better than those general m50 tunes you can find on ebay. Those just have raised idle amd rpm limiter. 3-5 degrees more timing for higher loads and too much fuel adjusted from base fuel map.

Im novice in this, Im skilled in coding, programming ecus, key making etc but playing with ecu maps is just something new. So if you will be so kind and guide me how to do it, I will gladly make my own tune. Also I flashed ecu from automatic car with zusb corresponding to manual one but I still have error stored in ecus memory 219 egs not responding. I dont know how it will behave in the car, its swap to e36 from e39 but this e36 doesnt have ews so its not possible to sync ecu with ews. And I got it on the table right now

Start researching. You are expected to have basic tuning fundamentals down before joining this forum.
