Windows tablets barely existed when I did this, but I'd definitely consider that if I were starting over today.
Having it camouflaged as the factory nav is kind of nice though. It's always on and always connected, running an SSM dashboard app by default.
And speaking of nav... There's a GPS antenna in the winglet over the wagon hatch, and a navigation app on the laptop. But at this point my phone does a better job of that - the app I'm using was discontinued years ago, and the maps are getting outdated in places, and there's no real-time traffic info. I haven't tried the Windows 10 nav app yet, but I will after I upgrade the laptop.
trying to find something just like it, and can not find any "SSM dashboard app".
but cant find anything good, u got someting that works?
