Hi,

have Problem with MS43 M54B22 Tables, only M54B22 have this Problem!
Its the only table with this Problems in it.
Someone know what to do?

Its Origianl MS430056 Ecu File and also if i had in other MS430056 Files for M54b22 include EWS delete file.
After flashing car runs really bad.
I correct the data ... but ecu doenst "get" them. If I read after by Kims Tool oder BDM it will be same as before.
Test more ecus.

At other Files (include MS430056 Files) no Problem.

So after another flash original file (again after flash it via bdm) via BDM and also read with bdm now its correct?
Will test next days! and report.

Also I will flash it now with Kims tool again, for testing!

Edit 1:
So after flashing (original) with Kims Tool and read via BDM its okay.
Check it in TunerPro software, Hxd and RomRaider.
Other files "corrupted".

Someone have M54B22 File without EWS for testing?
Files from Daniel shows same failure at B22,B25 and B30 (never recognise this before!!! and never have problems) also if I patch B22 partial with B30 EWS delete file.
See other Files also have this Problem?
Can some check his files or clarify?

BUT:
See other Files from other Engines also have this Problems in mine RR?!
Files which runs wihout problems some days ago in mine 325i! Now I see this values I never see before.
Will deinstall RR tomorrow an install again.

Used MS43 v0.94 (also with v0.96, same problem).

But other older Files (also M54B22, same Car and also mine Car B25) are okay?

whats the full name of that map?

In RR "Idle Speed Drive Engaged" under idle target speed.
In TunerPro software also HXD Startadress 9BBE-9BC9. Isnt define in XDF. In Fullread.
Never had Problems with this Tables before, because I sometimes do changes there and never recognise any problem there.
Last week change the table at mine 325i an works well. But a long time ago I also have trouble with same car (320i M54B22) with Exhaust-Pop Mod and EWS Delete file... I do at original File then and it will be fine. But this time thats doesnt work for me I think ... we will see after testing (see post 2).

If i open (some not all) older Files they will be correct.
Attached you some examples for B22 EWS delete Files.
Some will be fine (partial) others ....

Think problem of programm or interface.
Because I modify a file (its okay), I write with Kims Tool ... I read with Kims tool and now the values are uncorrect!?

Edit: With the flashed File from yesterday (correct values) the car runs way much better but idle is a ~ 1500 rpm constant if AC on, with AC off idle ~1000 rpm :/.

Should definately look like this for the M54B22.

Yeah thats the right map , normal values ... i use the same to correct the failure and now works for this car!
But 99% of my older file are corrupted like that one bottom up. And I dont know why.
Files which I dont use for months and I know they work for 100% last time because I test them alot in my car and now they corrupted.
I flash the correct file with siemens flasher tool. I read it after with siemens flasher tool and the file is "damaged" like at screenshot.
If I patch partial out this will be ok. But if I patch partial so fullread, fullread will be damaged.
Dont know why and it definitely wasnt so last week. But didnt change anything at system also same Interface ....
I think sometimes it works with bdm, but not everytime.

If I correct files manual and flash with bootmode everything is fine.
If I correct files manual and flash (fullread or partial) with Siemens Flash Tool its mess up like before.
Another PC-System, same problem.
Dont know why :/, some weeks before it works like charm.

Problem is still there.
Nobody also have this problem?
