I'm pretty sure the best fix here is to use a matching ECU + immobilizer + keys. If you can't get the keys, I've heard there's a way to pair new keys with an existing ECU+immobilizer, but I don't know the details.
if the ECU is from a 2008+ car you may need the clocks as well as I think they are keyed to the rest of the immobiliser system - best bet will be to continue to rewire the car with the transplanted parts or switch to an aftermarket ECU like a link G4+/Syvecs.
