Hi, guys. The soft is 01100AD010000. So it`s the first version. It`s a 5 gear Getrag manual transmission sedan. Car has at the moment 169,5 KM 124 kW. Stock is 150 KM 110 kW it`s M52TUB20 on MS42. This is my setup: Exhaust manifold is without cat like in M52 MS41. Soft EU2 CAT-preparation (4 O2 Sensors OFF). Rear muffler dedicated to M52TU Ac Schnitzer. Rev. limiter 6900 obr./min. Intake manifold from M54B22 B25 (it`s the same). Air filter housing from M54B22 B25 + Pipercross air filter inside. Light One Mass Flywheel from M50B20NV weight 8,7 KG. This is setups for all 3 tests. I did not drive yet because don`t have enough time (daily I drive E36 M43B18). I will try to test all 3 setup on this weekend while driving on the street I think so. The last picture is stock default settings on M52TUB20. I can only say that it was no error on DME. But maybe it will appear something when I drive car on street. Will give a info off course. I`m sure that something may be wrong cause I`m amator and have many to learn from You guys. TEST DEFAULT SETTINGS FOR M52TUB20 Lambda1 wrote: Possible. B25TU and B28TU has 6° like MS43 (depend on capacity). I can tell allready that the default temperature for M52TUB20 is 20,2 st. C. for Antijerk. This foto below will help. It`s stock Ignition Retard Decreasing TPS (A/C off) & Min temp for Antijerk for M52TUB20 M52TUB25 M52TUB28. As we can see the is quite difference for all engine on Ignition Retard Decreasing TPS (A/C off) but Min temp for Antijerk is the same on 323i and 328i only 320i have different temp. Thanks. I know you Youtube Videos . So you also massiv lower the ECT Value for for injection cycles. Maybe this solve my problem (had same idea yesterday but dont lower as massive as you did). See you also use 400 instate off 1000, like as i post. Dont think so much about what I have told about this 6°C! I only work with B25TU and B28TU at M42.0 , both use same value so I think B20TU maybe use same but Im wrong. But no worry . If now you can drive without rev hang it will be perfect for my problem to solve. Because with mine set-up (had work on same tables, without and correction on ECT last time) car also pop nice, crackles also possbile but if you drive ... rev hang :/. Also cant test before weekend.

Today I tested this setup: For me now is perfect. Thomorow I will send some video. I have some problem on previous setup`s while driving. The problem was when I drive for example on 3 gear 4000 rpm. then when I want to change to 5 gear I press clutch pedal and the rpm doesn't fall down right away but go up for 41000 rpm very fast and then go down. I have try many settings and bingo the problem was in FUEL RESTORE - RPM A/C OFF on 60 & 90 Coolant Temperature I set default value 1024 rpm instead of 7100 rpm. And after that the problem with rpm when I change gear was solved So now car loudly shoots from the exhaust 3-4 times. And sometimes even shoots a flame from the muffler! Will try to take this effect on video. Can someone say what is Fuel Cut - Hysteresis Delay Counter and Fuel Cut - Hysteresis Delay below ECT thershold? What will change when I set up te value up or down Yesterday I buy brand new sport exhaust manifold from Schmiedmann Denmark. Can`t wait to hear the sound with that manifold.

"ZYKA_HYS_SA" Cycle counter to reset the LV_PUC engine speed hysteresis.
"ZYKA_HYS_SA_ST" Cycle counter to reset the LV_PUC engine speed hysteresis in cold condition.

I'm using: -0 on the hysteresis... -23 on ignition retard on throtle closing from 60ºc up everywhere... -Stock fuel restore... This makes the burble comes instantly after i release the throtle Anti jerk its disabled too

Good job guys. Hey Cloudforce, would you happen to know where the Fuel Cut Hysteresis would be in MS43?

Note the MS42 ECU Definitions v0.35 beta1.xml definition entry for both CAL ID <internalidstring>0110AD</internalidstring> entries (full and partial) have a mis-matched XML ID element, there's an extra 0. This is breaking the LTV function. <xmlid>011 00AD</xmlid> CA and C6 seem fine.

So test -20°C to - ~14°C at 90°C for AC ON Ignition retarded. Fuel Restore Tables are untouched. Hysteresis Tables and Anti-Jerk-Temp also reworked. Engine M52B25TU with headers and 2x200cpi cats and G-Power Exhaust. Works with AD Version.
Only got one pop :/ and only over 2500rpm. Played with ignition degrees but nothing change.
Some one have tested values for B25TU?

Some one have tested values for B25TU? Have you adjusted the value for the throttle gradient that chooses which of the three deceleration ignition maps to use?

Been a while since i've contributed anything...hopefully this may help someone. Thank you to Enabled for contributing quite a bit of info to me on this subject.
Reducing rev-hang for my vehicle in this case is an understatement, one adjustment that made the most difference in reducing rev-hang was when I lowered the IACV Warm map values. With the IACV table adjusted, and some of the clutch switch modifiers adjusted, rev-hang is virtually eliminated for me. The values in the pictures are the only ones i've adjusted. These settings do not make popcorn fly out your exhaust pipe either, there is little to no crackling / backfiring which is the way I and my stock exh. manifolds / cats prefer it.
