Hi All,

I was excited when I found this tool but my car uses a frequency based maf... Looks like the tool will not work for me?

It should work regardless of units (just log and input the hz params where there is voltage requested). There might be something I'm missing though.

I tried just that looks like it's a no go. The charts don't work and error's out on calculations.

Pm me your log, input tables if any in excel, and screenshots for all screens so i could reproduce what you get.

Will do.

Won't let me set a 10,000 value maximum for my maf.v volts/ or rather maf.hz.

VGI,

Got me setup with an update Jar that fixed the comma issue. Still have some questions. My Tuner software does not allow me to set values higher than 242g/s in my MAF Scale. Is there a way to tell this to the utility so it does not exceed that max and smooths the result accordingly as well?

Also the MAF re-scale tab does not accommodate my Hz values only working off 0.0-5V; Which I was hoping to use to fix the issue above. Guess another way would be to set all Hz values to 242g/s once I see it hit on the curve around 9500hz (car doesn't even hit this range)

Love this tool. In just about 15 minutes of regular driving I was able to get my STFT's to within 0% all the way up to 6500Hz! Need to run more logs to get the upper end dailed in. Looks like Honda leaves the base MAF scale about 7% off from factory.

Tnx

No - there is no way to limit that in the proggie. Easy fixable though in the spreadsheet though, just set cell vals where vals > 242 to 242.

I will take care of the max val on Rescale tab - it should help you to get rid of unused ranges.

very very useful tool indeed, thank you for it !

Image

is there a way to sync the axes between several values on Log view - WOT Pulls tab ?
like target boost and manifold pressure in the image above, target boost is 25 psi and manifold pressure is ~29psi but the target boost line is above the manifold pressure on the graphic ..

Nope. Different params have different units and there is no way to know which ones use the same to plot their curves on the same panel.

i was thinking of some option to link together the parameters that should share the same axis

Sure, I could add an extra "Share Axis" checkbox say before "RPM" radio button. Then that'd work but only as long as ALL the params you've selected share the same axis, eg in your screenshot you'd need to drop WG duty cycle.

If you want though to have what's on your screen but just Boost and MRP linked - please let me know how you imagine which controls to use, where to put them, and how they'd work to do the linking of the params.

You have done it actually in the normal Log View Tab. But we cannot display different WOT runs. only 1 log at a time.

I'm presently toying around with SD tuning. In v2.4.1, under Usage of the MAF VE Calc tab, there is a formula for Closed Loop error%. However in the columns/Filter settings window, there is nowhere to enter STFT and LTFT.

Will those eventually eventually be added?

Thanks for this great utility!

What about another tab on right click Properties menu from where for each selected parameter (a drop down maybe) one can choose another parameter (a second dropdown) so they share/have axes in sync ?
That way one can setup even groups of parameters having the same axes/or axes in sync ... just a thought

That's a good thought :) Pain in a butt to code, but doable.
