There are a couple things that would greatly enhance RR usefulness with Nissan ECUs.
1) Editor - Add support for bitwise encoded support masks. This would facilitate enabling/disabling DTCs as well as the ability to toggle on/off certain routines within the ROM. i.e. turn off emissions for race car, I'm sure there's better examples.. It would also allow one to see which CIDs or OBD2 PIDs are supported by the ROM.
2) Logger - Add support for iso14230 (kwp2000) comms.

Unfortunately I am not equipped to contribute to development of code, I found a project on Git that has some KWP2000 Java code but I wouldn't have the skills to port it over. Fenugrec has got C code that is known to work, but again needs to be revised and adapted to RR compatible structure. This post is intended to see if there's any gifted individuals willing to make this happen.

Hey I've just started with tuning related stuff since I got myself a 350Z. I'm a developer and I'd like to help around RR. While I get the code, there is a lot of car specific stuff... I'm still waiting for my vagcom cable and I will see what can be done :)
