I'm about to convert my 41.0 to 41.2. I noticed that I can't copy the whole table 1 to 1. The contents of the table are taken over, the rows at the top and left are not taken over. Is the problem known? There is another folder called "Fuel / Ignition Timing - Axis" In there copy the "X Axis - Load" and "Y Axis - Engine Speed" tables, first. Then save, and reload. Then copy the normal Fuel or Ignition Timing tables.

Are you serious!? It's in the sticky at the top of this forum. Do you know how to read? Because obviously your searching capabilities are useless

I have ECU 1429861 ID 41 MS41.0, I want to keep the muffer flap . When I Flash 861 with fulflash 401bin to MS41.2 and load limit will be moved from 1024 to 2048 ? Is there any hardware restriction in this ECU 861 (load axis or others that exclude conversions on MS41.2)? I think about turbo and MAF from Nissan.

Today I made a conversion from MS41.0 (1429861) to MS41.2 in e36 2.8 . The car drives correctly, AFR is normal, as before. Unfortunately, I am concerned about one behavior that I noticed when logging in. It does not show me the value of integrators on a current basis, only for a while during the momentary acceleration with a small load. Does anyone know why this is so? Below I attach the files: - fulflash (1406464 - roadster M3), - partial with my fuel maps containing injections 630 (MS41.2 partial - becomes from 328i ID41 to MS41.2 from BA114) - and logs.

Unfortunately, he has no idea what the work of integrators is blocking me, did anyone meet such a situation after conversion to MS41.2? I will try to go back to MS41.0 to check if something happened to ECU.
EDIT:
Problem solved, colleague Kamil gave me the charge, in which integrators operate on 861

Good afternoon,
I have an M52B28 with M50 intake, canceled ASC butterfly, K & N intake filter kit, M3 stainless exhaust manifolds, 25i intermediate and stainless aftermarket exhaust.
Is it really worth doing an update to MS41.2? Is it safe for my engine? I have been reading the topic of conversion but I do not get anything clear as people talk more about the limiter rev obtained with 41.2 than about the power gain itself.
A hug.

The main reason for converting to MS41.2 - for me, is that a number of changes are necessary to install a turbo, eg larger injections, larger flowmeter and many other additives that need appropriate conversions in a wider range, e.g. load, and make personalized settings, which are often necessary due to the many differences in engines compared to the series. Also, the romraider will grow in the future with additional functions for MS41.2. Regarding the safety of the engine, you need to know what you are doing - you can not change elements you know nothing about. Read the forum, many people learn how to tune gasoline engines here.

A hug. let point it that way. MS41.2 is the lost developped/advanced version of the ms41 ecu. The main point changing to Ms41.2 is having these extra features + this is the software version the whole project evolves around and has been dug around the most (more definitions, more tabales, and features to come). Power gains, you won't have if you don't tune it, if ever there is something to improve in your case. Safetywise, if you know what you are doing this is not more dangerous than tuning the ms41.0. Nevertheless there is always the risk to F thing up when tuning your ecu, whatever the software version you run.

Hello enthusiasts, I successfully managed to upgrade to MS41.2. A few weeks ago I was dealing with constant changes in the cards. I can say that on a heated engine almost everything is accurate, there is slight hesitation on the idle and by turning on the air conditioner holds 1000-1500 revolutions. I see everyone has detonations in high loads. I want to draw attention to a detail that we all miss. I did study and saw that the b28 works at 95 degrees Celsius and all M3 motors work at 90 degrees. I'm a m50B20TU engine that should hold 90 but with the small radiator and hold 95 degrees. What I noticed is that at 95 What I noticed is that at 95 on the idle the DME starts pushing the advance down and reaches values down to 0 even at moments minus - 2.5 - 3. Is it possible that there are no defined overheating tables for the engine.
This is just a suggestion

there are these tables in ECT/IAT compensation, for rolling and idle. In Ignition timing.

dx4picco - Thank you for directing me, right now I paid attention to the log that the air temperature was 50 degrees. At 50 degrees of air and 95 degrees engine the value is somewhere 0.30 of the indicated advance in Ignition Timing - Idle - Base.
The biggest problem in my case is the cold start and reaching 25-30 degrees. The engine fired at 400-500 revolutions detonates in the exhaust system and jumps to 1000 revs and everything is normalized as revolutions. When the pedal is pressed the engine jumps and freezes at 1100 revolutions. If I'm in the first gear and I'm trying to go, at these revolutions I hear detonations in the exhaust system. I have to wait for the engine to warm up to 30 + degrees before it starts off.
If anyone can give advice on what it can be???
I have Rescale most tables but the problem remains..

One sure advice is replace ALL ms41.2 tables with your stock one. its gonna take you 2-3h, but then its done and not to be messing around again
