In my opinion you should had a look at CE9B and CE9C.

Did you test it?
Correction for showing in rpm is?

CE9C is RPM Limiter.
CE9B should be hystersis for mine opinion but havent test it.

I have results with rev limit, but I can't find frequency of limit. I found a limit range, now it limits at one point, but frequency is high anyway, but lower than stock.
