Hey all, just want to make sure I am reading this right, if this is reading at, say .38, does that imply 1.0-0.38 =0.62 Lambda so ~9.11:1 AFR?

Thanks in advance!

Cam

ok.... this is doing my head in... I am seeing the merp open loop fuel targets of .4, if i am reading this correctly that is 8.82 commanded afr, which is waaaaay richer than I have commanded anywhere...

where could it be picking up the extra fuel? What compensations apply to this table?

are your definitions correct?

it should have load as the x axis, and rpm as the y axis, with gas AFR as the units.

The one for my rom, it definatley follows fuelling... im just not sure where it gets the additional fuel? Is the final fuelling base still the final output for fuelling or is the merp fueling?
this is how it is defined:

<ecuparam id="E1936" name="MerpMod Primary Open Loop Fueling Target" desc="E1936" target="1">
<ecu id="7CF1014023">
<address length="4">0xFFA670</address>
</ecu>
<conversions>
<conversion units="rawdata" expr="x" format="0.00" storagetype="float" />
</conversions>
</ecuparam>

so i guess to give me afr there would have to be a conversion along the lines of (1-x)14.7
i dunno really ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

<conversion units="estimated AFR" expr="14.7/(x*.00048828125)" format="0.00" />

I need to check the code, but i'm pretty sure that's the raw ecu value. It's neither lambda or gas AFR.

I had to flash it back to stock as it didn't seem to be using the fuelling hacks at all :(
