OK just so that I follow this properly, you have an induciton kit fitted, have rescaled MAF so your AFR's are matching your target and the problem is your MAF volts are much higher than you expect is that correct? I've seen this before with the mishimoto intake, do you have another brand intake available to you otherwise look at a speed density conversion so your not capped by the high MAF volts.
My only concern is that with mishimoto kit, my MAF scale is about 10-14% lower than stock, is it even possible or should I search somewhere else? My MAF with housing is currently not in stock 12 o'clock position, but in 9 o'clock position due to length of the wires. I leak tested all post turbo lines, changed one cracked vacuum line, leak tested again and the only thing I hear is a really deep hissing in intake manifold area, as if air escapes through valves(???) The only thing I can do is to cut stock housing from air box, mount it and see what happens. I plan to go to SD, but before that I wanted to properly tune my car on maf, so that transition to SD would be less pain
