KO is activated if pressure is in acceptable range.

Nice work!

So per your testing and the factory manual, here's as I understand it.

S_KO = Input = 'A/C Pressure Sensor switch' (originating from HVAC module)
S_AC = Input = HVAC module's AC Request signal (probably not straight from the button)
S_REL = Output = A/C Relay (toggles to ground to enable)

I wonder if these 2 inputs are also normally at 0V so you have to provide 5V to them to get them to toggle. Much like the ASC module. Better electrical design this way, actually. But, then we have to find ways to get 5V power, lol. But it does look like we can add these to the list of switches we can hook custom s*** on to.

The output can have any use but the first one that came to mind was a nitrous switch tied to TPS as measured by the ECU. Then you can set certain RPM/Load ranges that if the TPS values exceeds a limit, then nitrous kicks in. I guess we could do that with the SAP relay or solenoid too.

Is it possible to control from one of those pins to use different map for ignition?

Eg. when we LPG for higher octane levels.

Yes... Here's the plan for the 3 that are already in the code (MS41.3).

Code:

133C5 mem 33C5 cal
   <scaling units="RPM" expression="x*32" to_byte="x/32" format="0" fineincrement="1" coarseincrement="10" />

      <data>Maximum</data>

If RPM > Ignition Cut RPM Limit, enable Ignition Retard

133CC mem 33CC cal
   <scaling units="Retard %" expression="(x-255)*(.391)" to_byte="(x/(.391))+255" format="0" fineincrement="1" coarseincrement="10" />

      <data>Multiplier</data>

If RPM > Ignition Cut RPM Limit, Ignition Timing ("Ignition Timing Base" + 24 degrees) will be multiplied by this value.

133DA mem 33DA cal
   <state name="Enabled via ECU Pin 80" data="01" />
   <state name="Enabled via ECU Pin 81" data="02" />
   <state name="Enabled via ECU Pin 82" data="04" />
   <state name="[Disabled]"             data="FF" />

Select which Pin will get Switched 5V.

133FC mem 33FC cal
   <scaling units="Retard %" expression="(x-255)*(.391)" to_byte="(x/(.391))+255" format="0" fineincrement="1" coarseincrement="10" />

      <data>Multiplier</data>

After "Switched Ignition Retard - Switch Input" is selected for either Pin 80, 81, or 82, tune this table as needed. Ignition Timing ("Ignition Timing Base" + 24 degrees) will be multiplied by this value.

Thank you, :lol: Mr. mrf582, bravo, for your work and passion. I will soon test and send you a return. I'm going to first unbrick an MS41.0 373 and switch it to 41.2, I just desoldered the eprom and I managed to read it. I will create a new post. :wink:

Yeah, it should. None of my modifications have altered anything to do with the Auto Trans.
