LF Stage 1 Map for 09-13 USDM Forester XT

Hi, I am am looking for a stage 1 map for my Stock USDM 2009 forester 4 speed Automatic. I see a lot of maps for the 08 and previous but not so many for anything on the 09+. any help would be appreciated.

That looks like a pretty aggressive stage 1 map. Is yours 2.0L? The USDM is 2.5L so probably not at all applicable to USDM. Tell me if I'm wrong & thanks for sharing!
