I will start fresh tonight and see what i can do, On a side note the custom code seems to work well, Messing with clutch switch and trial and error with 5v Lines at the moment. Will update when logger is running again.

The logger accepts the original def file that we all use but it wont even accept that my new one i was sent exists so it just holds onto the EN def.

I have attached the rr log

This is your error:
Code:
5848  ERROR [SwingWorker-pool-2-thread-1] - Error occurred
com.romraider.logger.ecu.exception.ConfigurationException: The specified Logger Config file C:\logger_v346(1)\logger_METRIC_EN_v346 - MS41 + SS1.xml does not exist.

Maybe try shortening the name to something reasonable. logger_METRIC_EN_v346_MS41_SS1.xml

Confirmed, the file name is not the issue.
Has the default SSM protocol section been removed from the logger.xml file?
This is a required section in the logger def since it is the default protocol when a user loads RR fresh or deletes the settings.xml file.
Adding to the official logger XML is permitted, removing anything from it is not.
A quick fix is to set the protocol to DS2 in the settings.xml file before starting RR Logger.
Code:
<protocol name="DS2" transport="ISO9141" module="ECU"

Thanks, that is it!

The *.xml file that Rossi is talking about is the custom one I sent him for testing of code. I only did it to keep the file size down since it could change often.

Hello,

I decided to try the custom code.

I did flash ms41.0 to ms41.2 and partial custom ms41.3, I connected 5V to 81pin to ecu. And it still doesn't work.

Where do I make a mistake?

I'm sending a screenshot of my settings and a video from the logger. Thank you very much

Looks like you’re just modifying a ms41.2 bin.

MS41.3 is not relased yet! For ms41.3 conversion you NEED new ms41.3 fullbin file flash but the fullbin is not relased for public use yet... Partialbin is only relased for preview new features in Romraider!

Hi there.
Maybe somebody knows when 41.3 will be public?

I am the only one who knows when it will be available for the public. Please do not ask when it will be released, thanks.

I have ECU MS41.0 1429861, Do you know if you can connect additional analog signals to the free inputs (pins 77 and 78 - these are in MS41.2 described as lambda probes after the catalyst)? Are the hardware in ECU MS41.0 and MS41.2 the same?

In the MS41.0 to MS41.2 conversion thread, ba144 (Murray) posted a schematic of the Wiring Modification needed to get rear O2 sensor voltage inputs to work on a MS41.0 ECU. Not sure if any mods were needed to the ECU itself.

Do I understand correctly that you can connect LSU4.9 directly to the second O2 input without using a broadband probe controller?
