Doesn't work for me anymore. It just closes itself as soon as I want to run it. I even tried to re-download it, unfortunately it's still the same.

Not sure what's going on. I just gave it a full run of tests, again. With and without internet connection and it doesn't have an issue with RR either being, or not being there. Maybe your issue has something to do with .Net version stuff? I don't know that too well. And this is a bare bones program so it doesn't even do any debug logging. So sorry, can't help. Maybe some others can.

Also, ensure only Windows Defender is running as your anti-virus. My program does NOT get reported as a threat by Windows Defender.

Almost 500 downloads and only 2 people having issues. Not bad... lol

Sorry, unless almost everyone is having issues, I think the problem is with your PC. Good luck!

This works fine on my 10 year old laptop running Windows 10.

Ok, about to try to rid my Z3M of all the old emissions crap. Just want to make sure I understand this process correctly before I start:
1.) Read/save full 257kb .bin file with MS41 Quickflash
2.) Launch RomRaider
3.) Launch MS41 ECU Portal
4.) Make desired adjustments in MS41 ECU Portal GUI.
5.) Save modified 257kb .bin file with MS41 ECU Portal GUI.
6.) Flash modified 257kb .bin file with MS41 Quickflash.

Correct procedure? I just need RomRaider running in the background but don't need to actually DO anything in it, right? Thanks!

RomRaider is only needed for Advanced Tuning... What you are asking about isn't ;)

an idea, can you add switching auto to manual or vise versa? for time saving purposes. may be a stupid question.

Updated to v0.0.0.5. See 2nd post for changelog.

That's a fair request since this is meant to get people new to this up and running. I'll try to work on that this winter.

Just purchased MS41 and tried to download but Windows Defender is telling me there is a virus detected. Anyone else have this problem?

Its a false positive that free antivirus typically have. You can add it to your exclusions list. Email them. This has nothing to do with ms41 ecu portal.
