hey all, I've searched around a bit and I've still got a question. I found a patch for my ECU already (SharpTune.Resources.Mods.Gratis.AZ1G401V.MeRpMoD.Gratis.Testing.v13.5.7.1054.patch) patched my last rom in sharp tune and it said it was successful. I pointed ecuflash to the new definitions and it opened it successfully and fixed the check sums.

What I'm curious about is- I don't want to run in SD mode yet- did it automatically convert me over to speed density? I want to use it initially for launch control and then slowly branch out. I've tuned a megasquirt computer in speed density before so I'm comfortable with the concepts and all, just want to basically start with my last working rom and slowly mod from there. I can't seem to find out where I am at now...

Sorry if I've asked a stupid question!

There should be a table "Mass Airflow Mode" in the "MerpMod Control Panel" category that lets you decide how the ECU calculates load.

Ah, thanks. I’ll clearly need to do some more reading!
