Just curious if this wideband can be integrated into the romraider for logging purposes. I seen it’s not on the list but wasn’t sure if maybe someone has tried using it or not, currently looking at purchasing a new wideband and they seem to be a very reliable unit, any info helps.

Does it have a serial digital output, or only analog?

Right from their website

The Ballenger Motorsports AFR500 offers a linear analog output to be used as an input to engine control systems, gauges, or data acquisition systems. The output varies from 9:1 at 0v to 16:1 at 5v for the standard range or 6:1 at 0v to 20:1 at 5v for the wide range

Analog voltages need to be converted to a digital signal to be logged.

You need a converted like this:

Or re-purpose a 0-5VDC sensor input to your ECU and wiring it up there.
Similar to this:

So even the AEM and innovate wideband require the above converter in order to be logged?

Also what does it mean if the wideband is listed as supported? It’s already preconfigured for voltage range?

These have dedicated serial output for logging in addition to an analog voltage output.

It means there's support to read the digital output packet format, this is not voltage.

Ok thank you very much, just getting into this from stand-alone tuning so it’s a learning curve in itself
