A lot of TPS related maps in MS41 range from 0%.

Does the ECU do any calculation to make the 13,3% a 0% for the use in the TPS related maps?
Second question is:
If so, is this something I can change?
If the ECU just never get the input of 0% TPS, and the maps will always be in the 13,3% or above part, that would be good to know too.
