Hey guys. Here is my graph. i see in the log the vanos switch point is not correct because i have no Speedsignal so the ecu think my car is still standing at 0kph so my switch point was about ~4300 and not ~5000 . I also expect a bit more power from this car but it is OK. Mods: 3,5" 806 MAF RHD itb B30 stroker Cams Schmiedmann s2 exhaust manifold 328i stock cat 100 octan Next step is a catless exhaust with x pipe from driftshop so i hope i can beat the 270+

Yes you can see the vanos switch point isnt right, but doesnt affect the overall peak HP.
It looks like youre making 200hp at the wheels which is pretty close to stock S52 power.

i think the whp is so low because of mesuring in 4th gear.
What du you think about the crank hp of 266, is that´s ok for this mods?

what are the cam specs? ba114 wrote: It looks like youre making 200hp at the wheels which is pretty close to stock S52 power. ...doesnt the loss seems a bit high if a stock s52 also makes 200 at the wheels and is rated 243hp crank?

Congratulations on this great build!
Are you using the m54b30 crank?
Would love to see some logs of this engine

Yeah I'm using m54b30 crank. the stoke engine was an M52b25 from an 323ti 2000' with cast iron sleeves.
The 2x60mm exhaust from driftshop is way to loud :/ I need to modify the exhaust. Hopefully I get it more sielenty. Anyone got an alternative?
I work on an Ramair intake in the front bumper for some extra hp from colder air and upgraded to an electric fan. I see dyno graphs with about ~8 extra HP from only electric fan mod.
I maxed out the stock pink injectors so I upgraded to new 20% lager from an Saab. After this injector swap and afr tune I can get little more timing on higher revs.
I think the 270crank hp is possible on my next dyno run.

Hi! How did you make the 806 maf to work?
I was not able to make mine work. I scaled it, switched pin 2 and 4. I constantly get error 8 for maf, even though it sees values.
