Hello guys, i have a problem with my m52 stroker engine. Just got vanos to work and things gone worse... I have s52 inlet and dbilas outlet camshaft, timing is set correctly, vanos is repaired and works well, but when i rew it, vanos angle in logger jumps from 27-34 at idle to 58-60 degrees and there is a rattling sound from engine like valves hitting the pistons. It is vanos timing problem or mechanic fault? Plz help, i dont want to kill the engine

Hello, well i can say that the problem is solved. The guy who did timing turned inled cam a bit too much, and when vanos was on, valves was hitting pistons, so next step is getting off head and changing the valves.
Sad story for me, but next question is can anyone help with making a tune for this setup. So far i have b28 partial with b25 tables(green injectors) so the vanos can go on and off...
