 Post subject: 32BITBASE.xml ECUFLASH correction for MERPMOD

This is a correction for 32BITBASE, concerning an additional 10 degrees of timing error in interpreting the raw value to BTDC, on some merpmod roms. specifically, whichever use timing "#2".

Unfortunately, I had to find out the hard way and go back and find the problem.

Fortunately, the knock strategy works the way I wanted to, having tested it in a method I never intended.

only filters are pedal = 0% and FBKC = 0
