i did that already and im sure i already had the drivers installed but i did it again and here is your log

That log does not show that the Tactrix Openport 2.0 cable is used. It is trying a serial port instead.
Load the driver from here, if you can not load it contact Tactrix for support.

Also, your logging protocol is set to OBD, that may work once you have the OP2 driver installed, but SSM is what you should choose.

Why wont the port communicate with it? Is it my computer or the cable? The usb port is blue and its the only one i have on my computer everything else is cport.

I have no idea. Is the driver loaded and "Working" as displayed in the Device Manager?

When you open EcuFlash does it detect your cable and display the library and device info?

If none of this works I suggest you contact Tactrix for additional support, maybe your cable is bad ??? On occasion the USB port in the Openport 2 can break the solder connection internally.

Nope ive never seen that. So i must have a bad cable or openport
