Hello. Has anyone tried to fix the problem with RPM freezing (rev hang) when upshifting?

yes.
increase throttle body movement speed. reduce IACV/throttle opening at higher revs when no throttle remove antijerk.

The problem is that Romrider does not open the read out firmware adequately. Not 64kb, not 512. And in TunerPro software all tables with abbreviations and I cannot understand which tables are responsible for these parameters.

Then you can use a defined software version?

The software version is 430069. Although I was probably mistaken that I tried to open a full flash in Romrider, right?

You mainly need the partial bin file for tuning

Hello again. I'll wake up the topic. The fact that I got confused and loaded a full flash instead of calibrations is understandable. He corrected himself, went on. The problem with freezing rpm does not disappear. Only the software removal of the idle valve helped, but how I don’t do it, after a minute (or a little more time) of idling, the engine stalls. That is, the engine starts, keeps idling, everything goes well and suddenly it stalls. Has anyone removed the idle speed control? Were there any such incidents, "kick" me in the right direction, really got the hanging revs when changing gears.
P.S. I will add that the idle speed regulator has been replaced, flushed. Then, with the software removal, I naturally physically removed it altogether and put a plug on the intake manifold, where the idle speed regulator is connected. The part of the inlet corrugation was also muffled, from where the regulator takes air. Also, taking into account the fact that the engine with a mounted swap project on the E36, I added a clutch sensor and put the brake switch on the E46. I thought that it somehow affects, but it also did not help. All other sensors are also present and work as expected.

For full bin MS430056, flashed 64K bin tables/maps c_t_puc_deacc_vs, ip_t_puc_deacc_1__n__maf_mmv (1st gear), and tables for other gears, to a delay of 0.0 (or a small number) in all table entries. This got rid of my rev hang. This url describes these tables https://www.ms4x.net/index.php?title=Siemens_MS43

This got rid of my rev hang. This url describes these tables https://www.ms4x.net/index.php?title=Siemens_MS43My problem turned out to be in the suction of excess air through the fuel injector seals. Replaced it and it started working properly. But still, the question of removing the idle valve remains open. No matter how I do it, the engine idles for about a minute - one and a half and stalls. I read that many people did it according to the instructions and MS4X tables and everything worked out for them the first time. It doesn't work on my car. But I really like the way the engine without the idle speed controller reacts to the accelerator pedal, that would solve the problem with the engine shutting down.
