I read the TCS on my E46 328i using PASOFT (M52B28TU), the reason I'm writing here as there is no thread for the EGS and since the ECU is a MS42. Is there any development for tuning the EGS I wonder, ideally on Romraider as life is so much easier on it. I'm attaching the original off my TCS unit if anyone has a XDF, please share as I will test and report here.

I've scoured the internet for anything about this gearbox control. The only thing I found was a project by a guy in Germany, which project was a piggyback chip that was added inside the EGS control itself. It gave an amazing change in behavior on the box as the most noticeable difference was the manipulation of the PWM signal to control the torque converter. But ! Unfortunately the second time I tried to find the project it was gone, I tried many times but I still hit a rock. The only thing left for me is to try the so called Alpina software but there is a catch (it is only available for EGS 8.60.2) However I plan to find one EGS 8.60.0 and try to install Alpina software !?
