Is it dangerous by any mean if I continue editing and uploading this map using RomRaider? Or can I just ignore the warning if I don't need these tables?
What kind of edit is it? Can this kind of edit be done in RomRaider?

If you have been running that map then you know if it causing issues or not. Or set the values to stock via a hex editor and then adjust it via RR properly.
