Sunny -- is there any chance you can add those nifty up/down buttons on the timing advance and fuel table sheets?

Or maybe at the very least show me how to add them myself? My macro skills are pretty shoddy, lol.

Thanks!

Go grab version 2p8 for these extra buttons :)

I wrote a little spreadsheet to automatically rescale the 3DTables for higher load cell values. I use this as my starting point and then modify from there.

This allowed them to be evenly spaced so that when they are plotted in Airboy's surface plot that they are even. Also, the ecuflash horizontal interpolation works better if the load cells are evenly spaced.

Edit: I found a bug in the spreadsheet. It indexes off the wrong cell causing a small error. I'll post an update for those interested.

Sweet!

Now the only thing missing from this spreadsheet is the ability to take (and pass) the actuarial exam I'm dreading next month.

Thanks again for this amazing tool.

It might be useful to have a horizontal rescale function to Airboy's spreadsheet and a percentage increment and decrement. I added it as a beta to Airboy's base timing sheet.

Comments? Bugs?

Looks good! Should be easy to add the same button to the AFR map as well.

It would be nice if you could pick 2 columns to choose the min/max columns to rescale as often you only want to rescale part of the map.

And then naturally, apply the same algorithm and add a button to allow vertical rescaling, too.

Good additional functionality.:) A small bug with the "Rescale" marco... if you hit "cancel", it will error out.

I added an input so you can choose which EXCEL columns to start the scaling from. I had to reorganize some of the loops so I may have introduced a bug... please make sure that it is giving rational results.

After some people have reviewed it to make sure it's relatively bug free, it's a simple matter to make a vertical scale and also to copy it to the other sheets.

Yeah... I was lazy and didn't error trap. I added some error trapping so it just exits out of the subroutine instead of dumping to the VB script.

This spreadsheet has become the defacto method to review datalogs so it would be nice to move some of the map adjustment features from ecuflash to this spreadsheet. If I have time this weekend, I'm going to see if I can add a simple version of ecuflash interpolate horizontal, vertical and 2D.

I added the vertical rescaling and some more error trapping to the beta routines.

If it looks okay and if people find it useful, maybe Airboy can incorporate it in his next revision?

I added the vertical averaging and horizontal averaging that ecuflash has.

I wasn't sure how ecuflash handled 2D interpolation so I used Shepard's Method with a 4th order exponent. The 2D interpolation could use some adjusting... or maybe a different algorithm. It'll get close though.

What do these Averaging functions do?

The averaging functions attempt to emulate the linear interpolation functions in ecuflash.

For example, let's say, there is a value 5 in cell B2 and a value 10 in cell B4. If you select B2:B4 and select vertical averaging then it will automatically fill in B3 with the value 7.5. Of course, you can select more than 3 cells. If you select 10 cells, it will linear interpolate between the two end points.

The 2D averaging function is more complicated. If you select a grid and then select this function, it picks the 4 corner points and does a weighted averaging for the interior points.

first off, kickass spreadsheet Airboy. thank you very much.

second, how do i use the "WGDC init (for 32bit ECU only) = Max table -10"? i am not that savvy with excel, but i do know that there are formulas in those cells so i don't want to paste into there correct? is there a way to plot the Initial WGDC on the boost graph?

Thank you.
