trez0r,

FYI, I flashed this map and the Alarm and Immobiliser have continued to work as they

did with the Oem map, I need not have worried, but sometimes knowing if you can jump

the distance, is enough to put you off jumping.

Mark..

Hey mark, I'm curious - how do you know the immobilizer is still working?

Sorry for the very late reply, I did'nt see your post.

So on my ECU, every time I open the door with the remote, I start my car with the key. Now if I delay
turning the key for 30 seconds or more, the car wont start. I can go into the alarm settings, using the code, and alter the delay time, and it allows me to even disable the immo. Recycling the alarm allows the car to start, eg switches the immo off..

So after flashing the Carberry files the above procedure still remains the same. Therefore, it seems the Immo still works.

I realise that the EU models are not quite the same as the US, or the AUS models, such as calipers and other stuff.

Cheers,
Mark...

Solved, just def file issue

Hello everyone I used the basic Carberry ROM from this theme in order to configure my car. This is my first time using Carberry. I'm doing fine with the VE table, but I have questions about the Ignition.

The log (and in stok ROM) uses a standard axis with values of 0.1-2.4 g/rev, but in this Carberry the table looks strange:
1. Firstly, columns are repeated in it. Is it just an error?
2. Secondly, the values are 0.01-0.24 g/rev (it looks like divided by 10). Is 0.1 g/rev from the log equal, 0.01 g/rev from the ignition map ROM? Or do I need to reassign the columns of the table 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 ..... 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 .... 2.2, 2.3, 2.4 g/rev in Ignition map.

This ROM based on 3.9 transmission, so I was need to recalculate Gear Thresholds for my 4.1 gear ratio and wheels, so I made this calculator. May be it will be usefull for someone:
