Have a look at a heater current.
When it drops under full throttle AND AFS resistance drops you have an extreme EGT that should be avoided.
Enrich the mixture and find new knock limited optimal ignition timing for that particular Load\RPM point.
Hi - I've been wanting to convert the front 02 values to display an EGT value.
Does anyone know what the formula may be to come up with the EGT value from the front o2?
I have a Kenwood head unit with Maestro module that taps into CAN and has a gauge pack. The gauge pack has EGT value displayed.
The info they get from the OB2 is - diagnostic coming across diagnostic can lines.
OB2 wires used are 6 and 14 - high speed diag. can lines
3rd tap from Maestro to OB2 is sil data (for TPMS readings).
