Long story short, I wanted to run E85, injectors were modded and the car street tuned, bottom line = ran like s***.
That was the point I downloaded the stock map from this forum, compared it with the "tuned" one and started to build my own map, because the tuned one was so badly made.
Soon I realized that the modded injectors were hard to tune without any measured data of them and after seeing the tuned map I kinda didn't want to trust the whole E85 conversion process. So I bought the DW side feeds to replace the modded stock ones and started tuning them with Shell V-power 98+ E5. They feel already so much better, but I'm unsure how to tune the idle correctly? Problem is that car wants to idle at non-linear area and decell AFR seems to hang around ~16 AFR longer than before.

Should I use the data DW offers? That way my idle af correction is +20% off and I need to build small ipw comp table from the scratch. Another way around is just upping the DW's latency ~20% and keep my small ipw comps stock(110-100%) or even change the values to 100%(no compensation) and call it a day?

DW also provided me with cobb ap format data, but it looks a bit different? I think these won't work straight as it is with JDM map?

What values are you guys using to run these injectors?

Car has stock intake, td04hla with billet wheel, avoturbo fuel pump + stock req and avoturbo DP with race cat.

Here's is a log of cruising and some idling. At the end there's a part of idling with AC ON - gear D -> AC OFF - gear D -> gear N.
Any comments? Am I going into right direction? WG 0% and DBW linearization done, but otherwise it's very close to the stock map still.
Running 98E5 gas at the moment, stock filter, stock airbox.
I took the LV soon after the drive, so that's why the intake temps are high.

Tuning modded or comercial DW/ID injectors isn't so complicated once you get things going.

First of all, you have a upgraded Fuel Pump, what's your fuel pressure like at idle, cruise and WOT? Some upgraded pumps can overrun the stock FPR easily, making it harder to tune at idle since your fuel pressure will be all over the place.

The DW injector data is a starting point, you usually need to tune it from there. It's not exact as not cars behave the same, you could have vacuum leaks that you might be tuning over it, so keep in mind that, as well.

I have tuned a few cars with modded injectors, both light and dark blues, 420/550cc to 820/900cc, pretty much, and it never gave me such a big trouble like you're experiencing, perhaps there's more than just injector tuning issues?

I too am very interested if anyone else has experience with these injectors. I have some five-o 750 side feeds (I learned about their issues after purchase) that I have been working on getting dialed in. I spend quite some time looking for a starting point for small IPW table tuning, the DW 850s are closest I could find. But the characterization data is almost unbelievable. I realize its not apples to apples, but by comparison to stock and other large injectors, the data seems absurd. Any injector larger than stock is going to drive the idle PW lower than stock, all well below 1ms.
In the end what worked for me and some questionable injectors was to get scalar and latency close to dialed in using forced open loop data and CL trims. Using stock as a latency starting point. Then build the Small IPW table from OL Injector PW data plotted vs MAFv and averaged by PW column, again using stock tables as a starting point.
