Hello all,
we just build a new S52 race engine for a 1995 M3 with the following modifications:
- 86.5mm/3.405 in. oversize pistons with 11.50:1 compression ratio
- Schrick cams
- 24# injectors Bosch 0280155715 / Ford F5DE-B5A
- Porsche 803 MAF
- M50 intake manifold
- OBD1 to OBD2 conversion
- Idle air controller delete
- post cat 02 sensor delete
- Secondary air pump delete

Starting from a stock MS41.2, I modified the following values:
1. Used ECU Portal to
Disable EWS
Disable Idle Air Control
Disable ASC retard
Vapor Purging Disabled
2. RomRaider Oxygen sensor and Catalyst heating modifications:
Disabled all Downstream O2 sensor faults and catalytic efficiency DTCs
Turned off Cataclyst heating, tuned down Catalyst heating
3. RomRaider Fuelsection modifications:
Multiplied base by 21.5/24=0.8958
Multiplied Open Loop Enrichment by 21.5/24=0.8958
Deactivated OLE (set detection to 120%) for fuel tuning
Multiplied Warmup Enrichment by 21.5/24=0.8958
Deactivated warmup enrichment mult at 60deg
Multiplied Crank Initial and Crank by 21.5/24=0.8958
Set Fuel injector dead times to research on #24 injectors
4. RomRaider MAF scaling modifications:
Copied from known scalar excel file and converted to 16x16 map in order to copy to Romraider

Attached is my modified file and for comparison a verified original read from the ROM section.

24022_v5_ms41_1406464_partial.zip

If anyone would offer to perform a sanity check for me, that would be highly appreciated.
This should get the engine started and next planned steps are:
MAF tune check
Ignition & fuel tune

Any suggestions are welcome.
