i'm Chris the owner of 2 BMWs for summer and winter

My daily is for winter and also my track toy.. an E36 compact with M52B28 engine. The summer car is an E82 1M coupe which was former a normal 135 N55 DCT.

Last year i rebuilt my M52 engine with some improvements.. mainly cams and exhaust.. and also a weight-optimized fly wheel.

As i'm driving the compact mainly on the road i want to adapt the maps to the mods to get a more convenient cruising car.. and for the 2nd usecase "track" i want to work on a max-performance setup for a pure track use..

Therefore i want to use this community here to get some help and gain experience on remapping.

I am from Bulgaria and i’ve got an e36 M52b28 stroker to 3.0 with m54 parts(future drift project) and an e34 m50b20 (something of a daily) onto which I would like to learn about tuning. I will try to change out the whole installation and convert the m50 engine to ms41 from m52b20.

Hey all, I've been working on E39s for the last couple years and I've absolutely fell in love with these chassis's. I currently own a 540i Touring and I help my brother with his 528i project car.

Ended up on this forum because we bricked his old ECU after not hooking him up to a different power source, you live and you learn I guess. We got it running within 24hs with an EWS delete, but in the process I got to learn how to use RomRaider and the basics of tuning these ECUs. I'm mainly posting this to get the ECU definitions, but I'd love to learn how to make my own tunes eventually.

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I made a stroker on m50b20 to m50b26. I am currently with electronics siemens ms40.0 without vanos. My question is, can I use the fuel and ignition cards from the ms41 2.5l and disable the vanos? Can I get a file ms41 2.5l manual gears?

My name is Tim and I have an E30 that I'm currently restoring. I will be swapping an M52B28 into it. I will be using RomRaider to tinker around the ECU to learn more about how the ECU works. I will also need to disable the EWS on the ECU.
